I loved my stay at Issac Jackson. Service was very friendly. It's a new and modern hotel. Breakfast area was exceptional. My only complaint is I didn't like the coffee. Excellent value!
The stay was excellent! Staff was friendly, and accommodated us when having to stay an extra night. The breakfast was delicious with many home-made options. The rooms were also very clean.
I stayed at this hotel because I didn't want to stay at a normal chain hotel. The location was on a nice hill, overlooking the city, with mountains in the distance. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The entire hotel looked new and clean. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. One of the nicer hotels I've stayed in recently.
Rooms are great. Beds are very comfortable. The showers have great water pressure. The breakfast is one of the best free breakfast I have ever had. All around one of the best hotels I have visited!!!!!
I am Diamond member with Hilton and typically stay no where but on a Hilton property. We were in town for the Polar Express and my parents had booked the hotel. When I first arrived I thought it was a Curio - Hilton, that’s how impressed I was. The rooms are a very spacious layout rather than jampacking everything in. Had a fridge in our room as well as updated Direct TV and very nice flat screen! The beds were THE ABSOLUTE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I’ve slept in at a hotel. Everything was very clean snd fresh! Lobby had a great relaxation area for the family to gather around the indoor fire place! If i’m in Elkins again I will stay no where else!
