Was needing exhaust vent pipe to install a pellet stove, they were referred too me, so I called them. Upon discussing what I needed, I was told that they had everything I needed in stock. They asked what brand stove I had, and when I told them, that's when the whole conversation went bad. I was asked who was gonna service it when I had problems, and I told him I would. He sighed and said Yeah right, you sent your money out of state and you should have bought a stove here because we service them, not you. He also informed me that I could have bought a stove off them cheaper, not knowing what I paid. Never been talked too like this before by a someone I was going too give my business too. I will definitely be sure not too pass any business there way.
