Beautiful Furniture...but....ordered two recliners. Salesman told us 3 to 6 weeks ....usually before but just say 6 weeks. Paid in advance (because we had to) ...when 6 weeks was up I made a phone call to the store as just in a info of when chairs may be delivered. The Owner informed me that ours was special ordered and we signed the agreement & could be 10 to 12 weeks. Owner was not friendly at all. Was given one day notice that chairs would be delivered and we had plans to leave town that same day....gave me a range of delivery of 1 to 5, when I said that simply would not work, they said they could possibly come in the morning and would call. No phone call and finally we just left...as I tried to call again and they answered I was told that they would be coming and that no way possible they could deliver the next week. We turned around and go back home & wait, when they got here they brought in one recliner and set it up & and enquired about 2nd chair...they did not have it...and because I called I was told they just got in a hurry and basically it was my fault the 2nd chair got left behind. Therefore suddenly they could actually deliver the next week. Will not be buying from Cupp's Furniture again.
A little high-end, but great if you can afford it
