Recently my Mitsubishi 82" TV stopped working. From the first moment Pro TV was on the ball. I called and set up service, they were on site the next day!!! They provided me with a knowledgeable technician who explained everything perfectly. Service rates are good and worth the cost with a fast repair. It turned out we needed a main board and a fan. They were back on site 4 days later, as was my TV. Thanks PRO TV & AUDIO.
July 11th my 7 week old LG TV stopped working. 2 service calls later without resolution. It is been almost a no 4th and no fix in site. Lessons learned 1st best buy only has a 15 day return policy. 2nd LG has terrible customer service. I have asked many questions without any answers and 3rd repair service doesn't answer calls or keep me updated.
Greg and Chris were here on separate days and both of them were very professional and helpful. The service was great and the parts and scheduling of service were very timely. I recommend this company for appliance service/repair. Our service was for a Maytag washing machine that needed a whole new agitator after only 2.5 years of use.
ProTV has terrible service and terrible customer service. I had microwave service scheduled with ProTV & Audio for a microwave covered under warranty. They did not arrive, but filed that they had completed the service. When I called them to complain, they stated they would get back to me to reschedule service, but after 2 weeks of fruitless calling they stated they did not have an open work order since the work had been completed and they couldn't help me. They never provided service, but got paid from Whirlpool for completing service. Nice scam.
Pro TV & Audio Inc recently perform warranty service on my Whirlpool dishwasher. I was very pleased with the speed in which they got the required parts. I work night shift, and they were very willing to schedule around my work schedule to get the work done. My technician, Eric was very respectful of my home. Immediately upon arrival proceeded to remove the old part and install the new one. He explained each step as he was performing it and told me why he was doing it. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them!
