Some of the people there are short tempered and they NEVER answer the phone sat in my car outside once and called for 15 minutes while I watched 2 employees go out to smoke a cigarette in that time. The management staff needs to buckle down and make the employees do their job. Have been with AT&T for a few years and their service coverage is great but their customer service at this location has some work needing done
