Took my weed eater in for warranty work, was handed a bill for so called "adjustments". The next time I replaced trimmer line the whole entire head fell off of unit!!!!!! Way to go boys!!!! Do NOT take anything you need to work to these guys to get fixed......worst experience ever!
It may take a few days, but they do good work and the charge is reasonable. Cheaper than Sears, anyway. You can drop off your mower and buy a pet while you're there, too- they sell fish and small mammals and have big tortoises on display. Where else but Elkins would you find that combination?
