Google Maps shows them at Humberto's, which is very wrong. I have notified them but they say they can't verify what I'm telling them. So, drive passed Humberto's heading out of town, passed the RV Center, and just passed King's Run Rd. You'll see Betty's Boots on the left just off of Beverly Pike and the small gravel road next to them is where you want to go.

They are located behind Betty's Boots. Turn off Beverly Pike onto the gravel road there and drive to its end where the UPS building is. Turn left and drive passed the building and park there.
They are only open for customers during a small window of time because it is actually a trucking location, not a customer care center. You'll want to have your own packing stuff because they have limited supplies of that. They did help me pack my packages, however, they had to struggle to do so with what they had. They did it tho and took care of everything I needed.

Their customer service desk is at the far end of the building so drive towards the back and park there.
If I could rate zero stars I would! 2 times now they didn't deliver a next day air package that I needed immediately. They claimed my address was wrong even though they've delivered here on a regular basis so I called ups customer service and they verified the proper address and it was correct the entire time. The package arrived at 10 am at Elkins UPS and I never once received a call from them saying they couldn't locate me or had the wrong address, which wasn't the wrong address all along. My tracking showed on time through the website until 7 pm when they closed it changed to wrong address. I'm extremely upset and they are very unprofessional and careless to their customers needs. Now I have to go through the company which I placed the order through to get my money back for the next day air shipping that never happened and now wait until Monday to get my package. This is the second time this was done to me by the same location, the first time I was forgiving but not after a second time especially when the delivery was extremely important. They are rude and inconsiderate do not use the Elkins UPS location if you have the choice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
