Failure to preform duties in a timely manor, consistently does not respond to phone calls, emails, etc after months of calling a few times per week. You are paying for an office manager(instead of a lawyer) to do your case work and include random incorrect names in your final child custody case. Overcharged, and drug out simple divorce.
