Went for friends & family flooring discount. It was difficult to get answers or help. The program is unorganized. My parents work there, it's hard work & they often feel unappreciated. The bosses are rude, arrogant, they do what they want & punish others for the same stuff. It's good $ but the shifts are long, layoffs are a threat atleast once a yr while they work on contracts. They are rewarded sometimes with food & gifts. Some people really like it there but it sounds too political for me.
