They installed a carrier furnace and AC system, but refuse to come and troubleshoot it! I had been without AC all the end of this past summer and without adequate heat all winter even had to go to an electric heater to survive! Lucky for me my handyman researched my Carrier furnace to figure out the problem and how to fix it, so now finally at the end of winter my furnace is working. No thanks to Carrier or Davis Heating and air! I do not recommend anyone use them, unless you don't care if they'll back up their warranty or even come fix it for money!
