There is a reason why I have selected poor-fair for this company. They are absolutely underhanded and extremely difficult to deal with. My fiance and I tried on several occasions to pay for what we wanted to rent from them and the guy put us off until he came up with his final quote. Within two weeks before our wedding and after several phone calls and emails on our part, he informed us that he did not have want we were supposed to rent from them anymore. He said, "it is a first come, first serve basis here". Whatever happened to someone's word when it comes to business. Luckily my fiance and I were able to get our needs for our wedding from somewhere else. I would not recommend renting anything from this place. It is an underhanded business and they will got back on their word leaving you in a bind.
Great folks to work with. They service most of our weddings and events at the Pegasus Farm Campground. Always courteous, timely (both in and out of the grounds), and their equipment is always in good shape. Very professional, yet down-home friendly.
Great service with no hassle. I have nothing but good things to says about the team at masterpiece. Prices are very competitive, service prompt, clean tent, tables and chairs. I would recommend them for any event. My usual vendors come from Pittsburgh, but this WV based company filled my expectations!
