Possibly the worst doctor I have ever taken my mother too. Her staff is completely incompetent and their phone skills are atrocious. "Dr." Chua does not properly diagnose or treat anything. If you are a pill addict and don't actually need anything, this is the doctor for you. It has been almost two months and I have yet to get a medical certificate for my mother. At one point she had my mother on a two page list of medications. My mother only needed three of them. She never explained what they were, and what they were for. It was impossible to get an appointment with her office (before I found out what kind of doctor she was). When I did call the receptionist was beyond ignorant. She always gave me an attitude on the phone. Apparently the word 'Hello' pisses her off.
