NICHOLAS AND CORTNEY WERE GRACIOUS IN HELPING US OUT WITH A CAR. WE DEFINATELY WILL GO BACK THERE.
I called Courtney Yesterday 3-21-17 at approximately 9am and she hardly even wanted to answer my questions about car availability and suggested that I call back at noon for answers. I then asked her only if she would have a car for me. She stated she had a car for me and took my Information and told me that she call me would pick me up later that day. I called her back at approximately 12pm and asked her If she had any luck finding a car or would I have to search elsewhere. She then assured me again that she would find me a car that day. I never received a call back and the day passed. Tuesday 3-21-17 came and I called her at 2pm to inquire why she had not ever called me back like she said she would. The answer I got Is that I am on a waiting list. I then canceled my name on that list. I am not interested in giving business to a company that operates like this. Keep this in mind if you really need a car that day!!
Received a nice vehicle but had to wait a week before a car was available. All of the offices I deal with have this problem.
